OMSS SCHOLARSHIP (formerly, TUITION WAIVER)

Each fall and spring semester OMSS offers a limited number of scholarships to qualified UHM undergraduate and graduate students. Selection is based on prior UHM academic performance, community service and involvement, and financial need. Students selected to receive an OMSS scholarship must fulfill a volunteer sevice requirement.

The Fall 2012 OMSS Scholarship application is now available. Print and complete application and submit before March 28, 2012 deadline. Please be aware that application and all supporting documents must be received by the deadline.

COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIPS

The Justice Ben Menor Scholarship is administered by the Friends of Operation Manong. Students entering the University of Hawaii at Manoa as a first-year undergraduate are eligible for the award. Must be a Hawaii resident. Applications accepted for 2009-2010.

The Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii awards scholarships to Hawaii high school graduates pursuing post-secondary education. Contact the Chamber for more information.
